Basically there’s a Korean company called D&C that has the license for a lot of Korean manhwa, some of which NASS scanlates. There was news late August/early September-ish that D&C and other Korean companies were cracking down on illegal scanlations of their content and giving out c&ds

For crying out loud, an English translation isn't taking any business away from these D&C people. Since they don't release this series in this market they lose nothing due to this release, and potentially gain a number of people who would be willing to buy it from them.
