Why is the EN title "The Monster Duchess and Contract Princess", not "Contract Princess of the Monster Duchess"?

@Cake-kun same reason as "Shingeki no Kyojin" translate to "Attack on Titan", should be "Attack Titan" or "Advancing Titan".
