What's actually ridiculous was that a 8 year old punishing servant for small things actually happens without an adult supervising, if the queen (small spoiler) was actually trying to be careful with her kid, then even after avoiding her, appointing somebody like a nanny or a teacher was doable wasn't it ?

I guess you could play the trauma card in this sort of situation as an excuse for the drastic personality shift that's going to ensue. Either that, or she very slowly loosens her "haughty" personality to draw suspicion away from the fact that she isekai-ed, but since most of these stories lack subtlety more likely than not everybody's just going to brush off her drastic personality change for no reason at all.
