@Momonmn Depends on how you want to look at it. It is frowned upon for good reasons, since it implies sexual advances or at the very least pursuit of romantic relationships. The situation is a bit different since he didn't make her do anything, he just unknowingly fell in love with her.
And also it's kinda hard to fit in human societal norms. If he is a dragon, then a 30 year old human is like a toddler in comparison to him.
