@mysticmiku She was the one who dragged him into her bed. Actually he hasn't appeared that pushy to me. He has been doing his work better than just well and doesn't seem to be messing with her at all during the lab time. Of course if she looks at him in the lab, he will answer with a smile, but is that being too pushy? It was still up to her to invite him to her department or not. Before that, he only visited occasionally during break hours, but didn't disturb the research going on there.
Like others have said, she won't ever do anything, unless there are exceptional circumstances. She loved the other dude for a bloody decade, yet never did anything about it. If Aiden doesn't push a bit, she will most certainly remain 100% passive and cold, apart from some passive-aggressive moments of behavior, like now when Aiden carried the drunken female lab member away and Wendy appeared displeased.
I might understand giving her some time because her heart is very broken still due to the guy she loved getting married, but the drawback is that if she's given time, she will most likely just turn her own heart into stone. Now's unfortunately the best time to approach her because she's receptive, due to the turmoil within her.

Some of y'all are defending him but if he existed in real life / wasn't good-looking you wouldn't be. He's creepy, clingy, and manipulative. Yes she made the move first and was definitely wrong for using him to get over her first love, but he in turn took advantage of her vulnerability with the promise to marry him and is now following her around and making her uncomfortable. Take a hint
