Hmm that’s the thing about the story, it is meant to and I think it’s like touching the inverse of our dragon scales and that is why a majority get offended by this because it feels to them they are supposed to do something like this and it’s shaming them...
It’s not and it is because how it is , is rather unrealistic the further it gets with the donations and things....But the bottom line is something will inspire you to move forward and once you start taking thoose steps everything should fall into place

Personally I hope you achieve both
