Analyze on how you get those problem in the first place, discuss on what you found with your most trusted person that was able to give a resourceful input and work together to solve that problem. I recently got hit with that problem too and mostly solve it by myself though it took almost 2 years and a lot of suicidal thought I could pull it off mostly and came out as a slightly unstable but still functional adult male.
