All 3 are creating a toxic environment (even if it's unintential for some) except the FL. I was reading this because she is an island of sanity. Her developing a crush doesn't bode well...if it loses her sanity in this I don't think I'll be able to keep reading tbh cause everyone else is pretty unlikable.
