@Euphaire More like a "hidden gem rare" I reckon. When a rare (weak) character has a skill that perfectly matches a strong (SSR) character, either pumping up one of their strong abilities (a true hidden gem) or covers for a weakness they have (probably what is meant in this chapter, since they are only useful in particular couplings).
