Think of the most generic plots/events in wuxia novels and place them all in one place and you pretty much get this. Nothing really stands out that would make it different from other wuxias. I understand all wuxias follow the same formula (cultivation, training, face slap, etc.) but giving us 20 some chapter of him just training is lackluster. You can just skim through these chapters and honestly feel like you didn't miss anything.

The story is really generic but it's alright. The problem is that there is not much content in every chapter. Everything is dragged on. Some chapters have such low content that you can finish them in 10 seconds.
