I've experienced a hell lot worst when I was in college my ojt experience makes me not want to apply in any job and just be self employed. Man everytime I go to work for the company where I'm doing my ojt my work hours is 12hours every M,W,F and 15 hours every T,TH,Sat. Though I kinda get a pay but not as high as the regular workers. I live in Asia btw. What's more funny is that the owner is a japanese.
