The Perks of Working in the Black Magic Industry - Vol. 3 Ch. 14 - The Issue of Remote Village Development

Yeah, don't fill in wetlands with generic commercial properties, especially when said wetlands are home to underserved indigenous populations. I wish that sort of message wasn't necessary in the real world circa 2019, but it's still at least as applicable here as in this manga.

Darn, this is a dilemma. One that's hard for anyone today. Keep the environment and locals the same, or change the environment and the locals.

He won the title by beating that guy in chapter two. The fight only happened because noble kid was wagered a week of succ if he won.

So as soon as they give him a title they try to take it away. Sounds like they didn't really want him to either the title or the land.

The correct answer is to refuse because nobility cannot ever be of the robe, then putting the villagers to the sword because they blasphemed the aristocratic principle with ugly plebiscite.

swamp troll looks like your average large chested anime gurl. she just lives under water

I have to argue in favor of the mc keeping the swamp. It's appropriate for a black magic user to own a swamp. Also troll tits, but I think those were self evident.

Let's see. A dying generation, or a thriving group teeming with possibilities.
I think the answer is so obvious, that it's not really able to be up for discussion.
