The Perks of Working in the Black Magic Industry - Vol. 6 Ch. 30 - Give Back our Protection Money!

@https://mangadex.org/user/76211/tuatara1Burakumin is a very real concept in Japan, the native citizens doing the dirty jobs which keeps society going. That said, they were 'unclean' and heavily discriminated against, from feudal times even into the modern era. So if someone in a family works at a slaughterhouse, carries out the dead found in apartments from age, suicide or disease, and other such occupations dealing with death, the entire family is tainted, and good luck raising your social standing after that. Granted, there's migrants who handle many of those jobs now, but that hasn't stopped the discrimination of native Japanese for the actions of an ancestor. Being so disrespected for doing a necessary task, in a society where respect is of utmost importance, it's small wonder the Yakuza families formed.

The funny thing is that the only difference between a gang and the government is the size. Taxes are essentially protection money xd

People just want to have an easy life... But it won't be easy, depending on the situation. Imagine you trimming your garden, then titans just attacked you outta nowhere, just because your workmate have done something stupid...

Switch pushed and dialed to a 10 I see. She went full on ground pound on him. A keeper for sure.
