In a story about magic, demons and gratuitous sex, the irony is that the most unrealistic thing about it is the existence of a company with good employee practices lead by a CEO that genuinely cares about her people.

Still it is pretty good and entertaining if a little hard hitting and close to home at times.

@Mechamorph: Call it naive, but I'd like to think this is meant to encourage new CEOs and owners to lead their businesses right. Profit is one thing, but you need the morale and loyalty of those under you to really succeed. It feels like that's taken for granted sometimes.
