You know what I am the one who added this series to mangadex.
You just can't go arround and snipe series. I have clearly mentioned when I created this title that we created and started doing it.
Even you read it you are still doing it. You are the worst of the worse.
If you aren't gona remove it, I will report it.

basically yes, I did but was too long for a title and didn't look right for a title, so i tried to reduce it. This is what I got.
but welph this became too different from the original title.

The Evil Miracle Doctor Consort is Too Arrogant! (Did some alteration with the above one and came up with it now)

@Dreqion thanks for the offer but I'm currently too busy to provide any additional assistance outside of translation suggestions.
I don't think 毒 should be translated as "Evil" since it simply means poisonous, wicked or ruthless.
There's a similar title of a translated novel, 天才小毒妃, which is given the translation "Poison Genius Consort" so that might give you some insight into how best to translate such titles.
