@Jb9090 I assume that Estrella doesn't retain all of the same quirks the clan does, so it's likely that Estrella won't die just because she's forgotten. Consequentially, though, it's very possible that Estrella isn't immortal, but she will likely be very long lived. It's kinda like how in some vampire stories(depending on the author) a half breed will be more resistant to sunlight, crosses, etc, but aren't immortal and will simply have a lifespan that happens to be 5 times(or more) than that of a normal human, their body still aging just at a significantly reduced rate.

Yeah, I was trying not to think too much about it since I suspected incest as soon as "are not allowed to have a child with someone outside of their clan" and "decendants from a god" was mentioned, I mean if it was only one god and they're not allowed to be with someone outside their clan, then it is clear that it already started with incest and now when their clan is on the brink of extincion it is pretty self explanatory...
