2 of the best satire of this attitude are a novel where the MC is reincarnated as an alt character, and accidentally touche the female MC, who treat her (she was in male clothes) as a pervert who need to be killed, and the MC actions made the second male lead (the normally MC best friend of the novel) die stupidly... (on WebNovel)
And another novel where the MC is reincarnated as a family scion (the waste kind), and with his Chinese novels knowledge find many MC type peoples, both as enemy, and as disciples (on Royalroad)
