Fantranslation on Novelupdates didn't get very far though.

Isn’t it kinda dumb to bring him in to your circle I get it keep your enemies close but his family has a history of killing monarchs idk it’s cute but how can you fall in love with someone who killed u before
@Asklinda_ I don't think she falls for him, but just wanna keep him close and have a good relationship so he won't kill her a second time
(I haven't read the novel so I'm open to being wrong on this tho)
I really don't want her falling into the trend of other similar mangas where the FL falls in love with the person who killed them but I feel like it's inevitable now
...ugh kind of annoyed at her honestly, her husband’s pretty much effed up her rule, made everyone around her hate her, cheated on her, AND she still went to go protect and save him. How dumb and blind can you be, and you still don’t understand...?! I mean the fact that she still doesn’t realize why he had to kill her and take down their regime makes her down right plain dumb and naive, how in the world did she become Queen??
I don't mind her keeping him close?? I mean he even gave her a chance before he killed her last time, and she was definitely in the wrong last time. Seems like she learned from her mistake!!! Hope she stays the hell away from that asshole she married tho, oh my god
seems interesting, thank you for translating it!!! i'll def have to check out the novel
@Asklinda_ In this case, Alicia saw how Clovis being mocked and rejected here might set him on the path to becoming a rebel, pus she kind of pitied him. So she figures if she can turn his fate around, bring him to her side and get his opinions on how to fix the future, maybe he'll be less inclined to become a murderous rebel.
@mintcinno Its a 2nd life story, obviously she's not going to make the same mistakes again. Plus if you recall in the earlier chapter, she became Queen because her father died in war.
@mintcinno Her pos husband was the spark, but this and last chapter show that things ran far deeper than him. Clovis' radicalization started years before her marriage, she shielded herself from any political dealings her entire life, her country's class system is extremely stratified, the liberalizing king beloved by the lower classes died, and they lost a war with a historically belligerent enemy. (forcing them to be ruled by a prince of said enemy) She was clearly a Marie Antoinette that was either a willful enabler or consciously ignorant.
Can someone point me to other series where the male lead actually kills the heroine only for her to time travel back with a full reset on their relationship? Because I find this specific situation kind of novel and would love to read others.
