Wait a minute, isn't the age gap too large between the princess and Sir Leonhart? Even if it's in the medieval period I don't think I can stand the princess and Sir Leonhart being together. I rather ship the princess with her fiance (I forgot his name, I think it's the narcissistic one) or with the ice mage (and again, I forgot his name).

from what I recall of the WN, rosemarie doesnt mind waiting until she's old enough to legally be with leonhart. And yes, the age-gap ship seems to be the author's legitimate endgame. If it helps, its very slow paced, gentle and takes its time.
@sera_vranss: no, i think the age gap is just 12 years or so. It's not a problem when she reaches 18. However, i do feel the process now is really a problem, especially the carriage scenes in this chapter, it's creepy.
