Story is garbage. It's like it tries to be this cringy revenge story except his "betrayers" were entirely justified in doing so because he actually is a talentless hack with no OP ability or power to redeem him.

Sigh... Tanya's illustrator is wasted on this.

So let me get this straight.
-His family kicks him out from the demon slaying family because he has no talent and without talent he'd definitely get needlessly killed.
-He spent years reaping the benefits of being an adventurer yet he persists on his sword path he has no talent for, yet never commits enough to actually fight against things that could harm him, picking up flowers instead of learning something useful like how to handle a bow or any easier weapon that would let him do what he wants to do with the sword.
-Gets offended when people call him parasite, yet that's exactly what he is, being unable to pull his weight in any team.

Waaah, this world hates me, just because it expects me to live responsibly.

Can't feel the revenge boner here, chief. This is the fantasy equivalent of the guy who stays a NEET with his parents' money just because he didn't make it to med school.

I’ve read the novel’s it’s great, wanna see the witch having her serving of revenge? You got it, and FAST. wanna see the elf suffer and lewded hard? YOU FUCKING GOT IT. and youjo senki art ? Easy 9/10.

The reason I’m not 10/10ing it is because MC totally deserves all the shit he gets. No talent. But when he finally gives up, decided to sell herbs, they screw him over, so revenge. He is a parasite, but hey, I’m here to see people, elves, slaves getting tortured, and I like it.

@AlGarone I don't give it a 10/10 either and would give a good 7.5/10 because of the godly art and story (will probably change as I read more of this). One question is why does he totally deserve the things that happened to him? Sure he may have been a "parasite" because of his limit but it isn't necessarily his fault for having no talent. People treated him like trash despite his efforts in hardcore training so they could at least give some respect to that (though I guess it's somewhat unrealistic of them?). Besides that, I'd say this is the first time to see some amazing drawings and designs (the detail on that "dragon" and lord of the flies) which is honestly rare to see a decently designed monsters and illustrations in this age where there's so much generic isekai mangas/LN. I'm confident enough to say that this has one of if not the best art for isekai manga especially since it's illustrated by the same person as youjo senki

@B1rdDuck Because he really was a parasite, and he didn’t really do stuff. The story does a shit job of making us like him. He’s a loser through and through. Do it get me wrong, underdogs are liked, not whiny protagonists. The reason why I gave it so high was because all the fantasy style Japanese mangas here are either decent of plain trash, only some like youjo senki or this one (I read the novel that’s why I know how good this is gonna be) are good. I swear even the copycat Chinese ones make better protagonists.

Honestly, this was extreemly weak and used alot of shockvalue and forced narratives to even get to chapter 3.
having read all the available revenge fantasy/isekais, id rate this for the moment a 4/10 , il see if this gets better but as of this 3rd chapter, its just extreemly weak and the mc is not likeable or has a redeemable character.

For revenge-porn, this is pretty trashy. 90% of the people in the story are senselessly evil and spiteful, to the point that there's just no reason in reading anything that anyone is saying. They're just info-dumping some random vile cuss at the MC, for no reason what so ever.
And then, the MC just spikes in power absolutely out of nowhere, and claims he must attain revenge on everyone, even though he has very little to avenge. Nothing makes sense in this story.

P.S: Also, this story has "LEVELS", for absolutely no reason.
