Seriously, what are you reading?
There are 3 magic stones, therefore 7 patterns in total (Bell even counts it for you). It changes randomly everyday, no mention about it related to weekday at all.
And the elf talked about spirit's color because she has spirit eyes. Also not a single thing about week. Common fantasy setting of magic is 4 types (fire, water, air, earth) or 6 types (+ light and darkness), or whatever author wants to use. There's no info about it yet, calendar doesn't need to follow it either.

Page 4: she said elves prefer adding wild grass to meat, so not all of them are vegan.
Page 15: Canadian giant wolf isn't this huge, a big dude like him can't ride them.
Page 20: Saki isn't blowing her sword. She's holding it horizontally - a pretty common stance - while talking.
