@Owyn that would lower its reputation they gave out the free shit to get more people to come then if suddenly people stopped coming out... that means its not as safe and profitable .However since people still come out just without gear people think its a lower risk and since they are brainwashed they cant exactly tell what happened

@Owyn yup, because some people get something, some just lost their gears (and memories), means that the risk of dying is low, so that maybe, the guild won't tag it as 'dangerous' since fatality rate is low.
If no one comes out, they'll be considered missing or even dead. If this happens, the guild will definitely consider this as dangerous and only experienced or high level adventures may enter, thus, rising the unnecessary risk.

Collect all the treasure? I think they need given at last a minimum amount of treasure, so they can continue their life and prepare for their next adventure.

Btw, if the guild is smart they will send a scout first to the new dungeon. Whose job is mapping, trap checking, monster ecology check, etc. If Carna accidently brainwash the scout, the guild can be suspicious instead, but I think this series will not go there haha.
