Is his title an oxymoron (“enemy... with good will”?). Also this reminds me of “To be a power in the shadows” with how greedy the mc his and his selfish reasons for “good will”. And yeah this is what I was worried about; bad fights and generic bad guys. I mean did that one girl freeze to shout about not giving up in the middle of the fight and then immediately get terrified after one punch? At least make her somewhat consistent. She could have been shouting for everyone to retreat or she could have been defiant until the end and trying to fight back
