For ppl wondering why Abe is being a cunt and what the whole situation is going on about: From the comments in the previous chapter that I read:

Abe and the black hair girl had no idea why the MC stopped acting in the first place. The reason why he stopped cause his mother got into an accident and died during her acting work which traumatised the MC, which is why he stopped acting. It was until later that Abe and the black hair girl realised what was going on and deeply regretted their actions and whatnot. Black hair girl met MC when they were young and cause of that knew that he was a former actor. In the end MC ended up liking the childhood friend more but despite wanting to date him, she got caught offguard and said no by accident. Which resets the whole slate. This part still isn't the end however and iunno anything that happens from that point. And yea black hair grill does like MC.

In short, Childhoodfriend kinda won but shot herself in the foot

ok this all seem dumb but the fact that the black haired girl is getting jealous is extra dumb, like she didnt deny the thing about her and the blond asshole dating, so she has a boyfriend, so why the flying fuck is she getting jealous? she doesnt have a leg to stand on, and even if she's not dating the blond dude and she just didnt care about negating the rumors, even the she doesnt have alot of ground to stand on
