These release cycles are horrible, but as said, its the publishers fault. The scanlator can't do much about it. If they delay the realize so that they can upload the whole chapter as one, they risk being sniped. Also they would edit the chapters in order to put them together and would be criticised for that. But I do blieve the last few months they do Loli Mamoritai did release the mini chapters belonging together in short succsession, so maybe they are delaying it (, which I personally would be very found of, because of the immersion reason).
