The Skeleton Soldier Failed to Defend the Dungeon - Vol. 2 Ch. 76

So the evil sorcerer who was plotting to give him the fate that would be most tortuous is now going to become a comical tablet character? This story doesn't tend to incorporate much humor so I am doubtful if he'll remain an ongoing companion character, but an interesting addition nonetheless.

Heh, I remembered the interactive story called "Magium". In there was a girl that carried an amulet in which an ancient woman-like spirit was sealed. It was really funny, and she mostly told the truth. As the story progressed, there was an inevitable chapter in which we met that spirit and she was capable of destroying the world - as everything foretold.

Yeah, it's totally not a trap ! Just trust the big bad evil sorcerer and follow him in his evil church.
Nothing bad will happen !

@DianaNites we just saw that trapping MC doesn't work because it probably interferes somehow with the system allowing him to time loop. also plot armor

How insanely plot convenient. If anyone had an semblance of common sense, they'd immediately destroy that thing or toss it in the ocean.

@someunregpunk
Probably the steadily decreasing % every time something bad happens. Who knows what happens when it hits 0? So why take the chance?

@Yautja

Actually, dude has some use. Plus, there's a restart coming along soon. So, our Skeleton MC is using him as a tool, then reset, and back to the starting point.

With the mana.

@jimmyclear
Lmao, it's about risk vs reward, and it's clear which outweighs which at this point. Especially since the risk has already happened once and will (in a world / writing with any common sense) invariably happen again, and the reward isn't proven and hasn't happened yet. "Some uses" are so not good enough to anyone with half a brain, but this is fiction and no-one ever has those.

If you got a dog twice your size that nearly killed you, you wouldn't keep it around just because you managed to get a muzzle on it, out of sheer luck, the second before it ripped your throat out, even if that dog could get you a million dollars or some shit.

Chestnut is happy, Rena is being somewhat sadist, Skellebro still doesn't know it's name, but someone really made sure that no one did ...

Also, Skellebro adquired a new talking amulet. Not a bad chapter for him :p
