@banich1 normally, in the games, there is not much info so you are supposed to assume that the villainess is bad and the heroine is a good girl thrust into the situation and all the guys for the most part are good loyal guys...

These stories though instead turn the villainess' into these tragic characters or something or the main character reincarnates early enough that the villainess doesn't become bad...

This one seems to be the latter, with her being so invested into the game that she's misunderstanding the prince (who seems to have a good relationship with her).

@deathmailrock I think I'm just annoyed with the trope where the main "bad" trait is the prince's lack of faithfulness, and the double standard when applied to the heroines.
