@Pocky8 it was told before or in the very beginning of the story that he is a summoner, too. The difference is that he is not as powerful as Ivonne. Yes, he was just a D class summoner. He was the reason why he went to seduce Ivonne's fiance, this bastard, because he knew that the bastard was bi and Ivonne got a low self esteem and that made her repulsive to the fiance, the bastard. He planned everything. The cousin was the one managing Ivonne spells and life cuz he knew what a summoner do and would need. It is very different to the fiance who knows nothing. I went to re read the story and it is amazing on how things get more interesting xD cuz you get to see and pay attention to some of the details and see things that the author doesn't need to mention it but you can just assume it is happening.
