There is no indication that she was raised as a weapon (in the manhwa so far).
People hate her because she's a genocidal piece of shit,
She's same as stallin or mao mass killers who kill people for the smallest reasons.
Serial killers are mostly abused from childhood and were raised as garbage but that doesn't give them a pass to be serial killers without repercussions.

@Cyro11 I think it's hinted everywhere that she was used as a weapon even though it was not stated, like how she doesn't know anything, how she doesn't have any friends and no one really know about her, how she is still curious about the ML

not saying she is a good person, but so far I think she is as good of a character as the ML, we don't know much and we can expect alot

people say the FL is horrible but in my opinion she's 'horrible' because the ML makes a contrasting difference, which makes the FL a terrible person in comparison. Yall should believe in character development.
