That reminds me of last time where I lined up for a hippie restaurant/cafe for over an hour just to eat a hybrid katsu kimchi burger that tasted disgusting. I should of gotten something else but everything on the menu was weird.

The hell was wrong with that restaurant? Two hours waiting and being told they are out of ingredients? It never occurred to the staff to go out and inform the people in the queue there's such a situation developing, a lot before it actually happens? Quite shitty service. But I guess it flies in Japan where everybody's super polite and complaining about bad service would be outrageous. At least they should go to the net and give the place 1/5 stars with an appropriate explanation.
