Doesn't really matter if you get fat or not, if you eat that much refined carbs every meal that aint good.
Though, it does look like she also has a nice assortment of veggies, some high quality protein in eggs, and is drinking soy milk instead of some type of juice or soda, so I suppose it's not that big a deal.
