Basically just don't touch shit outside and then your face, or go near where people are/might have recently sneezed, open air is generally "safe" so don't worry too much about it unless you actually touch shit, wash your hands when entering your home/workplace to avoid dragging in shit you didn't notice dragging.
There is no need at all to go silly washing your hands 150 times just living in your own home, thats not a tip, thats making people scared for no reason, fearmongering.
Really just don't worry too much, unless you've got a condition of some kind you're prb fine even if you catch it. And if you've got a condition, get someone safer to go out for whatever you need from any "risk zone" like stores and whatnot, you could maybe order home.
I should add, if the person you send out live in the same house/rooms as you, you'll both get it at the same time unless some miracle happens.
