So the author decided to go with the lame solution, could have give the 3 dudes nightmares or used a drug that forced them to tell the truth after 2 days, instead he most likely used the usual dust drug on the previous meeting and now a reagent in the courtroom triggered it, possible the fear will push the 2 gigolo to say the truth.

@VooXoo Your genius plan is giving a hired pro killer "Nightmares" pufffttttt hahahahahah. You actually think that a person who has already killed god knows how many people have such a weak will that he will give in to nightmares to the point of confessing? You are a true GENIUS. The MC was confident because he knew he was gonna die anyway not on the off chance of him confessing due to "Nightmares". This was an easy, efficient, and pretty reliable plan. Because his testimony was the most important one. And now the 2 other dudes who are "Normal" people will be scared and probably confess.

@sololeveling1282 I'm talking of nightmares that make sleep paralisys demons look like the smurfs, or like in "descent of demonic master" where they torment the victim 24/7, making it go insane.
but the efficacy of that method would not be enough in 2 days, the alternative is truth power/serum, would have been funny for the assassin to reveal the true mastermind, but that would throw in too much chaos and ruin the plotline of the beauty pill recipe getting stolen.
That part was really the worse twist of this arc, MC accepts a ride from a perfect unknown bitch that wants as reward the best grade pill he have, I'm hoping he at least predictd that and gave them a fake or the pill ingredients are impossible to reproduce with the current technology, another nice way to do it is that the pill must be produced in a certain way and illegal reproduction makes actually a toxin, rival bastard try to announce their own and the model face melts on the stream.
Killing the 3 witnesses is a quick way to stop the charade, but nothing more, wonder how is gonna unravel.
