I do think that the head maid did not do anything wrong according to her position, the main problem was that she placed our twins at the same level of skills as the other royals which are simply superhuman. Is she a caring guardian? Nopeee. But I do believe she is just doing her job based her experiences on teaching superhumans, which our cuties are not.

I'm glad that the crown prince will help them out with the crazy learning schedule and whatnot.

About the schedule: I see she wanted them to catch up but she forgot that the other imperial children had more time to learn the same amount of stuff. So the pacing was just wrong. They were doing 5 ppl's worth of work each. And they were expected to go from step 1 to step 5 without any gradual progression. Just BAM. While the other imperial children gradually went from step 1, to 2, to 3, etc.
Yes, the twins has less time but that's no excuse to skip the steps and dump everything on them all at once.

I'm hoping their reincarnation will play a role somehow. Because at this point it doesn't do anything for them. They behave like their age, although they are a bit more insightful.
