I just had a horrible thought. What if the twins mother was actually the king's guardian. Her eyes were glowing and for this chap to start with the king dreaming of her and then to say that he doesn't have a guardian.... The twins mother also said that he knows something of the king.

I feel like this guardian was the king's guardian cause he was talking to the guardian in a past chapter. Something is preventing him from using his powers all the time for the kids, probably something to do with their mother
