Non blood/ Step siblings is still incest, and they thought they were siblings for mostly their whole lives.
 
This dude got more character development in three chapters than some MCs get in entire romcoms.

Their relationship is pretty much the same as 2 close orphans that were raised in the same orphanage. Would you call it incest as well?

They are registered in one family register - that's it. Just a piece of paper...
I would had understand if it would be real life, since there are also reaction from society who don't know all circumstances, and possible legal barriers. But for manga reader there is literally no reason whatsoever to consider it "incest", or at the very least "feel bad about it"
 
@Med1um the only reason theyre not blood related is to keep any legal heat off the mangaka, dude definitely wanted to write a story about twins in love he just didnt have the balls to go all the way with it.

it fucking like you suddenly know your mom is not your mom then do you suddenly change to call her step-mom or shit ?
