I also would enjoy if Wako has an elaborate plan for Sakuma's birthday this year, but her Chaotic Gay energy is too strong for me to reliably guess what will come to pass. It's pretty heartwarming seeing Sakuma inspired to aim higher in light of Wako's recent success.
