those aren't dumplings.... they can't be.............
they are steamed red bean buns.... (assuming they are because of the color of the inside)
or mantou (basically steamed buns)
dumplings are a whole moon :v

Technically, they're right since the korean word "mandu" can both mean dumpling or (steamed) bun. Its just that in context to the pics, its steamed buns. Also, are soup dumplings inexistent? Dumplings aren't only moon in shape.

I'm so disappointed the art is different from the cover (╥_╥) I get that covers usually look a little nicer than the actual art, but this is so misleading lol the art styles are actually just outright different (cover has nice, clean lines with subtle and smooth shadows and highlights for a polished look vs art has rough, sketch-like lines with sharp and jagged highlights and shadows) rip expectations ahahaha
