@HayashidaYuki god I hope not. Only way I see that happening is if his brother isn't dead and asks him to spare the father as he's about to kill him. I do hope the brother didn't die but I also hope he's not dumb enough to ask for the father to be spared.

On a side note I hope that demon girl from his previous life is alive. Not sure how long the demon race lives in this series but I'd imagine their lives are longer than humans and magic can probably extend it some. It would be cool for MC and her to have a reunion. Or maybe one of her descendants becomes his romance interest later on if the original demon girl has died by now.
