The Vampire Part-Timer Kirishima-kun - Vol. 1 Ch. 16.1

$1800 for textbooks? What is that, like $50 in resale value at the end of the year?

Oof college apps suck and college is a scam for everyone except engineers (screw them). Good luck and don't die.

I’ve just started university and I really feel the last page. Why is it so damn expensive. It’s like they want to create a generation drowning in debt. Though maybe that’s the point.

Check out community colleges or tech schools. Big name colleges are ridiculously expensive and very few of them offer anything more than just their name. Most companies don't really care where you went as long as you have a degree. There are a bunch of jobs now that don't even care about the type they just want people with a bachelors degree.

$80 000 ? Wow I just had to pay mine less than €10 000 in France (~$12 000).

USA are really scary 😟

1.8k dollars for books? should ask your seniors for cheaper, second-hand books
or sail the internet seas for e-books

Heh, I made full use of EU perks and got my international BSc and MSc for free. Well, living expenses were extra.

Woah 80K dollars for college, does that mean that students have to pay 80K for each year in college or what because either ways that's scary.
Good for me that my shitty 3rd world country provides free tution.

@Someone_called_A That should be 80K for four years assuming it's a typical four-year college. However, it must be an especially prestigious one ,because most four year colleges I had looked at in the U.S. were 40K-60K.

@versub Yeah, buy used textbooks from the school store, because they're cheaper and already have the notes taken.
