I have to admit. If this didn't have her "stupid" look with her fat lips and round face, this would be way more enjoyable. The comedic aspect is there and goes really well with the story. It's like adding "crowd laughter" to dub over an actual crowd laughing.

So she can flip tables but is at high risk to break a bone when she attempts to pick up a knife.
Perhaps she wasn't affected by that sickness before dying?
Or at least not to that extent.
