this is one of those stories where neither the reincarnation nor the isekai elements really add to it at all. If she were just a clever princess who was fighting the war of succession with her siblings, that would make no substantial difference to the plot except we could stop doing the "oh wow how did the ditzy idiot princess suddenly get smart??" commentary (and we could actually attribute her decisions to cleverness instead of constant deus ex machina).
