The Villainess Lives Again - Vol. 1 Ch. 26

@AiriAi Yeah, that's why they cut her tongue, her hands and legs chop off in the beginning since she so dangerous. Still I like a villainess that actually a villainess, so sick of all the "misunderstanding" villainess.

I love your english title better than official and yes the crown is so awkward lol why i love kkp that they always masses release, with that I also can support the author. Last night they updated till chapter 25, and you guys surprised us with chapter 26! Thank you for translating it~ 💕

Damn. That's some grade-A abuse going on. Even with what a toxic person she is, it made me pity mother.

On the flipside, we get to see the wholesome image of our main couple openly expressing happiness at the prospect of getting married.

Lol I agree, your logo is better than the official one. On the other hand, I hope we can get a bit of fluff in this otherwise plots-filled story. They so sweet.

The golden rule of webtoons that if you are handsome / good looking and are evil you are simply misunderstood and in a sad miserable state.

If you are ugly however ohhhhh boy the comments are going to go nuts.

What the, what was that crown. It just looked like a cut out piece of paper sitting on his head lol

yesss tias able to influence lawrence to dump their mother, serves that abusive woman right. also whos the one came to meet her im so curious now. anyway, thank u for the updates! and i agree your logo is better than the indonesian one. might check it out since its my first lang tho

Mother is still a terrible person. I know this to be true. She's absolute trash.
It's just that I feel some type of way about her being given to the emperor and having his son then being told her son isn't legit. Even though it seems like she didnt like children to begin with, she wants her son to have the power and status he should as the son of the emperor and a prince.

Isn't that her story? She was given like a change of pace or something to the Emperor by her husband at the time? If she had the Emperor's son then why couldn't he be emperor next or at least have a shot like the rest? Except the Emperor doesn't want to make him heir/legit. Yet, he still wants Mother's love and body and Lawrence to act like his son happily?
Honestly, I'd be mad too. Her angry craziness at wanting the throne would be justified (Edit: Understandable is the word i was looking for earlier to the people who felt some type of way😯.)in some sort of way if they weren't terrible people who abused and used their own blood then took her apart like Mr. Potato-head.

@WanderingKaos she was the Emperor's mistress first, and then he had her marry a marquess for the title and so they could keep associating with each other. Tbh it sounds like the emperor doesn't have any other sons besides Lawrence, which is why the Grand Dukes are next in line for crown prince. Lawrence just needs the Empress to legitimize him and he's all set for the throne, really. Idk why the Emperor doesn't force the empress to legitimize him like how Lawrence killed his first wife and son, but maybe the Emperor actually has a heart.

I hope the appearing of the empress, make the tension up than this smooth sailing stories.
I'm curious for how deep is the plan that Tia plotting this time.

I have no shred of pity for that abusive woman, she can go fly a kite together with her son. A stepmother abusing a child is something one wouldn't count out because the child isn't their blood even if it is still not justified, but woman you gave birth to her just to treat her like that, nah you can rot. They just blamed Tia existence for why they couldn't easily get the throne. Also, she is the one who chose to put her love and energy into her son who would readily throw her away if it suited his purpose, that shit is on her.

Also the foreshadowing about how men's feeling are fleeting, while she was beating on Tia seems to be coming full circle, because Tia plans to throw a wretch in her relationship with the Emperor. Once she loses the Emperor's favor, as well as her greedy son's love I wonder what her fate would be. In the first time line they never mentioned what happened to her. And if she was alive, and she allowed Lawrence to do that to his sister, she is a new level of shitty.

thanks for the update. it's a late night binge so I don't have the brain power to be speculative or criticize but I still wanted to comment. good for Tia

So when Lawrence said his mother basically put the first death nail in his coffin by giving birth to Tia in the first place, given the direction of the conversation he seems to be using that to blame her for his lack of legitimacy by not displacing the empress and marrying the emperor to make him a legal son, instead focusing on the Marquis title by producing an heir in Tia. That's how I interpreted it anyway.

@Sarsak I actually doubt that last part is the reason. Based on their mother's scared reaction to the Empress when Lawrence blamed her for not being able to replace the Empress as the Emperor's actual wife and make Lawrence legitimate I think the Empress must have too much political power and influence to be forced by anyone. I base this on the fact that Miralia went so far as to poison the Rozan male heirs and frame the Hanson's yet got very nervous at the prospect of confronting the Empress per Lawrence's accusation. This leads me to think the Empress must have too strong a power base for anyone to do anything to her or get her to do anything she doesn't want, which may include even the Emperor I'm guessing.

Tia is a true level headed villainess I love her, and more shipping time yehey. Am I the only one who still can’t seem to hate on Lawrence tho? But I don’t like him either tho idk, but unlike the mother, Lawrence seems to be an interesting character (for me at least).

Thank you for the translation!!!

ngl, that official english logo looks really weird. why's the L like that? is it supposed to look like a sad slide?
