The Villainess' Maker - Ch. 8

Idk but I'm not into this ml lol don't like how he's drawn and exaggerated with the styling. Guess he's too flamboyant for my liking xD

She's gorgeous, but he isn't my liking, maybe in the future chapters he'll become more handsome. I hope!

Eh? Am I lacking in braincells or is this plot too convoluted? The motivations are all over the place, the characters are barely fleshed out, the pace is too fast yet too slow... it's kinda hard to keep up.

someone stop the men from took on and off his robe over and over for dramatic effect bc it disturb me (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Things are definitely all over the place. There probably was a more neat and sensible way to make her want to become a villainess. It's not horrible tho so I'll stick around and see if the characters get fleshed out after meeting the other two protagonists. Maybe the story will slow down and explain better.

Hm. I think this is it for me. I don't see the worth to continue this manhwa. Not an enjoyable read at all. Thanks.

I’m re-reading because after reading the 20th chapter, I felt like I needed to. Maybe I missed some thing along the way or forgot, but the story was kind of dull before. She doesn’t really do anything that would be defined as “villainess” so idk why they keep throwing that word around. Sending a maid to the dungeon because she has been stealing from you for years isn’t “evil.” Not being a pushover doormat that whines a lot doesn’t automatically make you a “villain.”

@paprika93

While there are some people who can be objectively described as "evil" (like Hitler or Stalin), most people are just selfish and/or unable to stand up for themselves, which leads to a bad reputation. After that, it's a negative loop where even innocuous actions will end up being interpreted as far worse than they actually are because of the underlying bias everyone has.
