Yes it was all planned by Emma, Mielle’s personal maid that she sees as her own mother. Mielle also knew what was going on and she had no problem with it. The plan was to basically get rid of Aria with a carriage ‘accident’.

Points to her on noticing the switch of drivers! And realizing Millie’s already begun such vile plans! Hopefully with this she can protect herself and ruin all of Millie’s plans.
