@frenchfry they did meet on several occasions already, their first meeting was when she told the old man who fixed her hourglass to sell his ticket because the casino will close down eventually, and he (the prince) overheard her and then grabbed her to ask why

True, however, I am pretty sure that envoy/secretary has put 2 and 2 together and realized the real Mielle is an idiot, and Aria is the smart one. Aria gets away with her actions because Mielle is too stupid to understand her intentions. But a person who isn't familiar with them, and is not at some formal party where everyone is acting like they are the best of people, likely can see that Aria is not on great terms with Mielle. Also, given Aria's history of being a troublemaker, her using Mielle's name when she is caught doing something suspicious makes more sense then Mielle trying to act dumb in a private meeting with the Prince's envoy/secretary.

early on, he did not know who she is and assume she is mielle, for now.
asher then will confirm who mielle is later on(during the lady in last panel birthday)
and yes, the person who came to her house is his aide/servant/etc.
he also reveal his identity rather late in the novel(after 2 or 3 plot)

*sigh* The Crown Prince thinks he's so smart but he still doesn't realize he had confused the two girl. He looks good though. And his eyes *cue another sigh*

Also, I think Aria didn't realize the connection between his words (regarding the gifts) and Mielle because she wasn't in "revenge mode". I mean, she's too smart not to make the connection. She will... later, when she connect the dots.

I'm wondering whether we'll see him together with his aide and then they'd see one of the girls (either is fine) and so they would just misunderstand each other Maybe both Mielle and Aria would be there and then the aide would prepare something and would head to Mielle while the Prince would head for Aria and... that would be a fun scene to see bwhaahha
