The Villainess Turns the Hourglass - Vol. 1 Ch. 29

it's so sad, for mielle it's just a matter of getting a man but for aria it's a matter of her life, her source pf trauma

I...didn't expect Aria's spirit to be broken so quickly. I guess this is her first true setback.

I'm sure showing up Mielle did wonders today. Firstly, it called into question the family bullshitting her credit, and second, it stole credit away from her enemies.

Aria you did good in showing up mielle. Honestly you should've just said that you were the one who came up with the fur trend. And if anyone says you're lying, you have your mother on your side plus you can just say it casually so it wouldn't look like you're desperate

Oh my god. T_T ARIA!? NOOO. Damn...seeing her cry herself to sleep hurts. Stings right in the heart.

You know what, I'm glad that the reason Aria cried was not because of "love interest" but because the current way for her to survive (which is through Oscar) seems to bump into a wall. I mean, she liked Oscar purely to see Mielle's destruction.
I'll be waiting for the day she discards Oscar and find another way to stay alive. Go go Aria!! I'm rooting your wickedness!

When you realize that one of the most powerful men in the Kingdom is a weak cuck. My condolences, Aria.

Aw... She is so vulnerable right now. Being beheaded in the 1st live became a trauma which surround her current life. And all that's she is doing is to escape it. Even though the method is well, villainous and sometimes very petty.

I asked for the day things doesn't go her way, but this chapter still feels quite sad.

She’s basically scared of not being able to do everything with perfection. Imagine knowing the day you will die and how... of course you would be absolutely terrified and try to avoid it, even if the future is changing that won’t always guarantee it can be avoided.
