Here is people complain about author being lazy while they dont know whether;
a. He only have little time he can allocate to draw while cycling on his other job.
b. He only get paid/contracted weekly for this amount of page.
c. He probably is lazy but manage to produce 7 pages of manga which is nothing compared to our 'proud mangadex' reader who dilligently wrote hundreds of pages of bullshxx comment on multiple isekai manga cment page.
d. Etc

An illegaly translated manga is not free, it's an accumulation of hard work.
If you dont like the manga thats fair, put some reasonable critics to argue about.
If you dont like the format, contact the publisher , make petition.

Your analogy of free meal has no context, If someone gives me a free Durian I'd say its delicious while probably a whole europe would find it disgusting.
