As with many things; it depends.
I find guns facinating in terms of the mechanisms involved. However some people are more into the weapon aspect, like the fact it's designed to kill people and get a thrill from that.

I recommend forgotten weapons on YouTube as an interesting watch if your interested.

@immortalartisan 9 mm handguns are pretty standard for self-defense and police issue, and are very common choice for concealed carry. It'd also tear through most medieval armors without much issue, and the smaller rounds means more in the magazine.
Also, she's literally 4 years old, so there's the concern of recoil making it hard to control at the very least. She can handle the 9mm, but a larger calibur may be too much.
