re-reading this again and I just realized how this is probably one of the first isekais that let most people be able to have some storage magic. Not just the mc or grand mages or something.

@MilkDust In a certain sense it's kind of... maybe irrelevant is not the correct word, but it's typically because of the game world aspects, even if the new world isn't a game world. It's just that a Japanese isekai fantasy world usually is like a game world, so it has elements that work similarly to one. In games the pocket dimension (inventory space) is a just a mechanism that makes RPG enjoyable to play, and it often doesn't officially exist, though it can in certain old-school RPGs where you can expand it with bags of holding and such. Normally all the stuff the characters carry is just somewhere.
